The first fifteen tracks are four (4) bars drum‑and‑bass groove starting on a G Bass note
that ascends by half steps to the octave, then descends back again.
Within each four‑bar cycle, play scales or any other materials of your choice.
This is excellent way to sharpen technique and build confidence.
