Jennifer Reich

Jennifer started taking piano lessons when she was six years old. Daily hours of intense practice drove her to excellence in performance. While her focus for many years was on getting the music played and played well, her realization of the personal value of musical expression came when she reached adulthood.

Today she has a mature perspective on what it takes to be excellent but, more importantly, what music is really all about - a powerful gift that should be treasured.

As her student, you will benefit from a teacher who has won first place in state-wide piano competitions and knows the ropes, but whose instruction is tempered with a true love for music. While competitions and a competitive nature can bring certain benefits, the enjoyment of both the performer and the audience are first and foremost in importance.

Jennifer has chosen to become a music teacher because she enjoys sharing the true joy that exists in making music.

Today when so much music is available to millions at the touch of a button or the passive click of a mouse, Jennifer strives to educate her students on how much fun it can be to actually create music themselves. Enthusiastically speaking of her students Jennifer says, “Music is a journey - the destination is up to them. I'm just here to make sure they thoroughly enjoy the ride."
